About the roleSupport software development for embedded controllers used in power conversion systems. You’ll contribute to well-defined tasks involving device interfaces, data collection and controller behaviour, working with engineering colleagues on validation.

What you’ll do· Write and maintain embedded C or C++ for defined controller functions.

· Implement and test peripheral interfaces and communication routines.





· Use supplied hardware information, logs and test results to investigate issues.

· Document interfaces, code changes and test outcomes.

· Coordinate hardware-dependent checks with colleagues using the relevant test equipment.

What we’re looking for· A degree in electronics, electrical engineering, computer science or a related subject.

· Working knowledge of C or C++ and microcontroller fundamentals.

· Understanding of interrupts, timers and common communication interfaces.

· Relevant embedded projects and a structured approach to debugging.

Practical but not essential· Experience with STM32, ARM-based devices, UART, SPI or I2C.

· Exposure to RTOS concepts, unit testing or power electronics.
