Position Overview
We are seeking a data-savvy, high-performing Junior E-commerce Marketplace Associate who will work directly with our founder to manage and grow our presence on online marketplaces such as Amazon. The role combines day-to-day marketplace operations with hands-on data work, including tracking performance, analysing sales and inventory data, and turning numbers into explicit actions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage listings, pricing, catalogue and account health on marketplaces like Amazon.
- Track orders, inventory, returns and FBA shipments, and plan replenishment.
- Build and maintain reports on sales, inventory, advertising and profitability.
- Analyse data to spot trends, stock-outs and growth opportunities.
- Run keyword, competitor and pricing research.
- Coordinate with packing staff, suppliers and logistics partners.
Candidate Profile
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, data cleaning).
- Comfortable with numbers and able to turn data into clear actions.
- Detail-oriented, organised and quick to follow up.
- Prior experience in e-commerce or operations is preferred.
- Familiarity with Seller Central, Helium 10 or Power BI is a plus.
- Willing to work from our Gurugram office.
