Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Ahmedabad.

The Interior

Designer will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing layouts, and collaborating on space planning for residential and commercial projects. Day-to-day tasks include creating detailed drawings, selecting materials and finishes, coordinating FF&E; specifications, and working closely with project managers, architects, and vendors. The role involves site visits, reviewing construction progress, ensuring design intent is maintained, and addressing in office design queries.

The Interior

Designer will also participate in client meetings, present design proposals,



and support cost-effective design decisions aligned with project budgets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills to create functional, aesthetically appealing layouts.
- Candidates should possess Architecture and Construction Drawings skills to develop and interpret technical plans and documentation.
- Candidates should possess FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) expertise for selection, specification, and coordination with suppliers.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).
- Candidates should possess strong visual communication skills, including mood boards, presentations, and material boards.
- Candidates should possess effective collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Candidates should possess a degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; prior experience in turnkey or design-and-build projects is an advantage.
