Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Intern/Executive role for E-commerce and Quick Commerce in the F&B; segment, based in Noida. The role involves assisting in listing and managing products on various e-commerce and quick commerce platforms, updating product information, pricing, and promotional campaigns. The individual will support daily order processing, coordinate with operations for timely dispatch, and monitor inventory levels to avoid stockouts.

Responsibilities include tracking platform performance, analyzing basic sales and traffic data, and preparing reports to support decision-making.



The role also includes collaborating with marketing for online promotions, maintaining brand consistency across platforms, and communicating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of online activities.

Qualifications

- Core E-commerce and Quick Commerce skills: familiarity with online marketplaces, basic catalog management, and understanding of order and inventory workflows.
- Digital and marketing skills: exposure to online promotions, content coordination for product listings, and basic use of analytics dashboards on e-commerce platforms.
- Operational and coordination skills: ability to work closely with supply chain, warehousing, and customer support teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Analytical and reporting skills: comfort with spreadsheets, simple data analysis, and preparation of performance reports for internal review.
- Communication and organizational skills: clear written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Educational background: pursuing or having a degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field; prior internship or experience in FMCG or F&B; e-commerce is an advantage.
- Work approach: willingness to learn, proactive problem-solving attitude, and readiness to work on-site in Noida with cross-functional teams.
