Teleforce (teleforce.cx) is looking for enthusiastic freshers with strong communication skills to join our inside sales team. You will connect with prospective customers over calls and email, understand their needs, and introduce them to our solutions. Full training is provided.
Work location: Sector 65, Gurugram (on-site)
What you will do
- Call and email prospective customers and qualify leads
- Explain Teleforce's products clearly and handle first-level questions
- Set up meetings and demos for the senior sales team
- Keep accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM
- Work towards weekly and monthly targets
What we are looking for
- Freshers are welcome (0-1 year of experience), with any graduate degree
- Excellent spoken and written English; Hindi is a plus
- Confident, persuasive and comfortable talking to new people
- Willingness to learn, take feedback and work towards targets
- Basic computer skills
