We are seeking a highly motivated US IT Recruiter with proven experience sourcing Field IT Engineers across the United States, specializing in End User Computing (EUC), Networking, Data Centers, Wireless Infrastructure, Servers, Storage, and Smart Hands services.

The ideal candidate must have experience recruiting onsite technical resources for enterprise customers operating across multiple locations.

- Key Responsibilities

US Field Engineer Recruitment

- Source, screen, shortlist, and recruit qualified Field IT Engineers across all 50 US states.
- Recruit candidates for full-time, contract, dispatch, project-based, and independent contractor engagements.
- Build and maintain a nationwide database of qualified IT support engineers.
- Support high-volume recruitment for enterprise field services and infrastructure projects.
- Identify candidates available for onsite assignments, emergency dispatches, and short-notice deployments.
- Recruit engineers for metropolitan areas, suburban locations, manufacturing plants, warehouses, retail stores, and remote customer sites.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, rate negotiation, selection, and onboarding.
- Develop backup engineer pipelines to support urgent replacements and project requirements.

- Strong experience in nationwide US technical recruitment.
- Proven ability to source engineers in Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 cities.
- Understanding of US time zones, regional candidate availability, and market rates.
- Experience with W-2, C2C, and 1099 engagement models, subject to applicable classification requirements.
- Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other recruitment platforms.
- Robust Boolean search, X-ray search, headhunting, and database mining capabilities.
- Experience negotiating hourly, daily, per-visit, and project-based rates.
- Ability to identify and engage qualified candidates in geographically challenging locations.

5. Technical Screening & Candidate Assessment
- Evaluate candidates against technical skills and client requirements.




- Validate hands-on experience with enterprise IT hardware and infrastructure.
- Screen candidates for relevant OEM technologies and certifications.
- Verify geographic availability, onsite experience, travel flexibility, and work authorization.
- Assess communication skills and customer-facing experience.
- Confirm candidate rates, availability, and engagement preferences.
- Submit technically qualified candidates with complete screening information.

Recruitment closures will be measured against agreed onboarding or deployment milestones.

- Recruitment Operations

- Work closely with Field Services Operations, Service Delivery Managers, and project coordinators.
- Understand customer requirements, technical specifications, deployment timelines, and service expectations.
- Coordinate interviews, documentation, background checks where required, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the recruitment CRM/ATS.
- Track submissions, interviews, selections, closures, and recruitment turnaround times.
- Minimize candidate dropouts through regular engagement and follow-ups.
- Provide daily recruitment updates and participate in weekly performance reviews.

8. Required Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of experience in US IT recruitment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting Field IT Engineers or Infrastructure Support professionals.
- Strong understanding of EUC, networking, data centers, wireless, servers, and storage technologies.
- Proven experience recruiting engineers across multiple US states.
- Experience supporting IT Services, Managed Services, Field Services, or IT Staffing organizations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, sourcing, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple urgent requirements independently.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
- Willingness to work US-aligned shifts.

9. Preferred Experience
- Recruitment experience supporting Global System Integrators (GSIs) and Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
- Existing network of US-based Field Engineers and independent contractors.
- Experience with manufacturing, retail, banking, and multi-site enterprise IT projects.
- Exposure to Smart Hands, IT rollout, refresh, migration, and infrastructure deployment projects.
- Proven record of achieving high-volume recruitment targets.
