Why this role is different

Most telecalling jobs hand you a dead list. Here, every lead has already raised their hand, and real ad spend is behind each one. You won't build a process from scratch. We give you the scripts, the follow-up cadence, and an SOP for every step. You follow the system and we train you on it.

What you'll do

- Contact every new lead fast, by WhatsApp and phone call
- Use our script to qualify leads on their property, situation and fit
- Book qualified leads onto a sales call with our closer
- Follow up with leads who don't answer, on a set WhatsApp and call cadence
- Update the lead stage in our CRM (Privyr) after every interaction
- Send the pre-call video, make sure it's watched, and call to confirm on the morning of the sales call
- Submit a short end-of-day report

This is not freestyle. Every call follows a script and every follow-up follows a cadence.



Your job is to run the system, not reinvent it.

What we provide

What you should already know

- Clear, confident spoken English
- Comfortable calling people who have already shown interest (warm leads, not cold calls)
- Telecalling, appointment setting, or customer follow-up experience is preferred, not required

You'll do well here if you

- Follow instructions precisely and don't go off-script
- Move fast. Speed to lead matters more than anything else in this role
- Are disciplined about logging every interaction
- Have a quiet space to make calls from home
- Want to grow in sales and lead generation

- Every lead contacted
- Most leads engaged
- Qualified leads booked onto sales calls and showing up

Work setup and pay

- Part-time, fully remote
- Flexible schedule, done on your own time
- ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month
- India-based candidates only
