Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations for MAAV Industries Limited’s on-site operations in Mangaluru. This full time role involves developing and implementing HR policies, managing HR documentation and compliance, and supporting workforce planning in alignment with business objectives.

Manager will coordinate training and development initiatives, maintain employee engagement programs, and address workplace concerns in a fair and consistent manner. The role also includes collaborating with leadership to support organizational culture, monitoring HR metrics,



and ensuring adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements. The position is based on-site, working closely with cross-functional teams and unit heads.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning to support staffing needs across manufacturing and trading operations.
- Experience in performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution to foster a positive and inclusive workplace.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliance relevant to Indian manufacturing and trading sectors.
- Ability to design and implement training, development, and employee engagement initiatives that support organizational growth.
- Proficiency in HR documentation, HRIS or HR-related software, and reporting of HR metrics and data.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a structured approach to process improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or HR certification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in an HR Manager or senior HR role, preferably within manufacturing, trading, or related industries.
