Role Description The Import Export Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The role involves managing end-to-end import and export documentation, coordinating with logistics providers, customs agents, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth shipment flow.

The Import Export

Executive will monitor shipments, track delivery timelines, resolve operational issues, and maintain accurate records for compliance and reporting. The position also includes communicating with international customers, addressing inquiries, supporting order processing, and collaborating with internal teams such as sales, finance,



and warehouse to meet delivery and quality expectations.

Qualifications

- Robust understanding of import and export processes, including Import and Export documentation and procedures.
- Experience in Import Logistics, including coordination with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs agents, and transport providers.
- Effective Communication skills for working with international clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Customer Service skills to manage client queries, support order execution, and maintain professional relationships.
- Knowledge of basic trade regulations, Incoterms, and international shipping practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP or trade management software is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
- Relevant diploma or degree in International Business, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in export/import operations, especially in the food or spice industry, is a plus.
