Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and responsible HR Intern who has a basic understanding of HR functions and some previous internship or practical experience. The candidate will support recruitment activities and assist with day-to-day HR operations while gaining practical exposure to the HR consulting industry.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with recruitment and talent acquisition activities.

Post job openings on LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.

Source candidates and review resumes according to job requirements.

Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.

Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and follow-ups.

Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring records.

Assist with job descriptions, HR documentation, and recruitment reports.





Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth recruitment processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Previous HR internship or practical experience in recruitment is preferred.

Basic understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition.

Familiarity with job portals such as LinkedIn and Naukri is an advantage.

Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Willingness to learn and take responsibility for assigned tasks.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Work Requirements

This is a full-time, work-from-home internship.

Candidates must be able to manage their daily responsibilities and meet deadlines.

Candidates should have a stable internet connection and be available for virtual meetings and team coordination.
