Trailytics is hiring: HR Trainee – People Operations
We’re looking for someone who spots missing details, follows up professionally and takes responsibility for completing work.
What you’ll work on
- Recruitment coordination and candidate communication.
- Employee onboarding and documentation.
- HR records, trackers and attendance coordination.
- Employee engagement and everyday people operations.
- Improving processes as you learn.
What matters to us
Transparent communication, attention to detail, Excel/Google Sheets skills and the ability to think through a problem.
BBA, BCom, BA, MBA/PGDM and equivalent graduates are welcome. An HR specialisation is helpful, but not mandatory.
Managed a college event, worked in your placement cell or owned an internship project? We want to hear what you personally handled.
Compensation
? Six-month training: ₹18,000 per month gross salary.
? After successful training: ₹3.75–₹4 lakh annual CTC, based on assessment.
The post-training package takes effect after successful completion of training; it is not the compensation during training.
Our interview process
1. Application screening and a short introductory call.
2. Face-to-face interview in Gurgaon.
3. Practical problem-solving and spreadsheet exercise using fictional data.
