We’re looking for a proactive HR professional who can manage recruitment, coordinate onboarding, and support day-to-day HR operations.

Job Details:

- Position: HR Executive
- Experience: Minimum 1 year
- Employment Type: Full time
- Work Mode: On-site
- Location: Hyderabad
- Salary: Competitive package based on experience and previous CTC

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and follow-ups.
- Handle offer letters, appointment letters, onboarding documents, and employee records.
- Coordinate employee induction, orientation, and joining formalities.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and basic HR administration.
- Communicate with candidates, employees, and department leads professionally.
- Support employee engagement, performance reviews, and internal communication.
- Maintain HR databases, trackers, and recruitment reports.
- Ensure HR documentation and processes are handled confidentially and consistently.





Required Skills:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, recruitment, or HR operations.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of recruitment processes and onboarding procedures.
- Familiarity with MS Excel / Google Sheets and HR documentation.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
- A proactive, responsible, and people-oriented approach.
