Role Description The HR Manager will oversee day-to-day human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations in an architecture and design studio environment. This full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow will manage HR policies and procedures, maintain HR records, and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and organizational standards. The HR Manager will support leadership in workforce planning, training and development initiatives,



and compensation and advantages administration.

The role will also focus on building a positive workplace culture, resolving employee concerns, and facilitating clear communication across teams. Collaboration with project leaders and administrative staff to align HR practices with business needs is an essential part of this position.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes.
- Experience with performance management, employee engagement, and conflict resolution.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor law compliance, and HR documentation practices.
- Ability to design and implement training, development, and succession planning initiatives.
- Proficiency in HRIS or HR-related software, and comfort with basic MS Office tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior HR experience in architecture, design, construction, or a similar project-based industry is preferred.
