Udyaibase is building a platform for the startup and AI ecosystem, helping users discover startups, AI tools, jobs, events, funding insights, and founder stories.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Growth & Marketing Executive to support our content operations, platform growth, digital marketing, and partnership initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Content Writing: Write engaging and informative content for startup profiles, AI tools, blogs, social media posts, founder stories, and marketing campaigns.
- Startup Listing: Research startups, collect and verify relevant information, and publish high-quality startup profiles on the Udyaibase platform.
- AI Tool Listing: Discover AI tools, research their features and use cases, and create accurate, structured listings for our AI tools directory.
- Digital Marketing: Plan and execute marketing activities to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and user engagement.
- Social Media Management: Support content planning, publishing, and audience engagement across LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Growth & Partnerships: Identify potential startup partners, founders, communities, and organisations for collaborations.
- SEO & Website Growth: Apply basic SEO practices to content and support organic traffic growth.
- Jobs & Events Promotion:



Help promote startup jobs, technology events, and other platform features.
- Research & Reporting: Track marketing performance, research industry trends, and suggest new growth opportunities.

Requirements

- Strong writing, research, and communication skills.
- Interest in startups, artificial intelligence, technology, and entrepreneurship.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Good attention to detail when researching and publishing information.
- Familiarity with SEO, content management, or AI tools is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a startup workplace.
