We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and visually driven Graphic Designer with strong experience in government-sector communication, news/media content, and digital design.

The ideal candidate should understand how to transform complex information, government initiatives, public announcements, and news stories into explicit, engaging, and visually compelling designs. The candidate should be skilled in creating graphics that communicate information effectively while maintaining visual consistency, factual accuracy, and professional standards.

Experience working with AI-powered design, image-generation, and content-creation tools will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative visuals for government departments, public-sector organizations, and digital campaigns.
- Create social media creatives, banners, posters, infographics, brochures, presentations, reports, and promotional materials.
- Develop visual content for news stories, government announcements, public awareness campaigns, events, and institutional communication.
- Transform complex information, data, and government initiatives into visually appealing infographics, charts, illustrations, and other graphic assets.
- Design creatives for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, websites, and digital news platforms.
- Create campaign concepts, visual identities, layouts, and design assets while maintaining consistency across platforms.
- Work with content writers, journalists, video editors, motion graphic designers, producers,



and communication teams to develop effective visual content.
- Ensure that all designs follow government/institutional brand guidelines, communication standards, and visual identity requirements.
- Edit and optimize images, photographs, illustrations, and other visual assets as required.
- Use AI tools to improve design workflows, generate creative concepts, enhance images, remove backgrounds, and create visual assets efficiently.
- Manage multiple design projects and deliver high-quality creatives within tight deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends, digital content formats, and AI-powered design technologies.

AI Skills — Preferred

Candidates with practical experience using modern AI tools for graphic design and creative production will be preferred.

- Ability to create engaging, informative, and platform-specific visual content.
- Strong understanding of social media design formats and digital communication requirements.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to understand briefs and translate them into effective visual communication.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills and creative capabilities.

Preferred Background The ideal candidate would have previously worked with one or more of the following:

- Government communication agencies
- News channels or digital news organizations
- PR and communication agencies handling government accounts
- Political or public communication campaigns
