Role Description The General Manager role at Metta Productions Pvt. Ltd. is a part-time, hybrid position based in the Pune Division, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in operations management, organizational planning, and workflow optimization.
- Experience with budgeting, financial oversight, and resource management for projects or departments.
- Proficiency in stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and relationship building within creative or media environments.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, support performance management, and foster an inclusive, team-oriented culture.
- Comfort with project management tools, documentation, and reporting to track timelines and outcomes.
- Relevant experience in film, media, entertainment, or related creative industries is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, media, or an equivalent field, or comparable professional experience.
- Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking ability, and readiness to work in a hybrid setup in Pune Division.
