We're Hiring | Manager – Fund Raising | Mumbai

Walcrest Strategic Advisors LLP, an investment banking and strategic advisory firm, is looking for a Manager – Fund Raising to join our Mumbai team.

What you'll do

- Lead capital raising mandates across equity, structured and private credit deals
- Build and manage relationships with Family Offices, AIFs, PE/VC funds, HNIs and UHNIs
- Originate investor interest, run outreach and manage the deal pipeline through to closure
- Work with deal teams on pitch decks, teasers, information memoranda and investor presentations
- Coordinate investor meetings, due diligence and term sheet discussions

What we're looking for

- MBA (Finance) / CFA / CA / CS
- Proven track record in fund raising or investor relations
- Robust, active network among Family Offices, AIFs and HNI/UHNI investors
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, with the ability to work independently on mandates
