Nipunta is hiring Freelance Sales Closers anywhere in India. This is a commission-only, remote, freelance (independent contractor) role. There is no salary, retainer or base pay.
About Nipunta
Nipunta is an exam OS for coaching institutes, from Launchship IT & Media Services Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad. One per-student seat covers reasoning (DeducePuzzles) and quantitative aptitude (ComputePrep): daily timed practice and scheduled class tests, generated fresh for each batch and machine-checked to have exactly one answer, with a teacher console that shows who practised, how accurately and where each student is weak. Reasoning and quant are 70 of the 100 marks in IBPS/SBI prelims.
Nipunta does not cover English, General Awareness or video lectures; the institute keeps those.
Who buys
Owners of coaching institutes preparing students for Banking (IBPS/SBI), SSC (CGL/CHSL), Railway (RRB), UPSC CSAT, State PSC and campus-placement (TCS NQT & aptitude) exams.
What you'll do
- Find and qualify coaching-institute owners in your state, in your language
- Run a 30-minute product demo yourself, in person or over video
- Set up the institute's free trial (10 seats for 90 days, no card needed)
- Follow up, and close the sale at the public price
- Keep a simple lead and deal tracker up to date
What you'd sell (per student, ex-GST)
- ₹400 per annual seat or ₹250 per 6-month batch seat
- Volume pricing: 200–499 seats ₹340, 500–999 ₹280, 1000+ ₹220
- Usually sold in prepaid blocks of 50; payment goes only to the company by UPI or bank transfer
What you earn
- 25% of the seat revenue collected from institutes you demo and close
- Example: an institute buys 50 annual seats at ₹400 = ₹20,000; you earn ₹5,000
- Paid after the institute's payment clears. Commission is reversed only if that cash is actually refunded
- One closer owns each deal: no splits
