Role Description The Food and Beverage Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in the Pune Division, responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations and ensuring an excellent guest experience. This role includes managing food and beverage preparation and presentation, monitoring inventory levels, and enforcing food safety and hygiene standards. The manager will supervise and support team members, coordinate scheduling, and lead training to maintain high service and operational standards.

Day-to-day tasks also involve handling guest feedback, optimizing labor and food costs, supporting budgeting activities,



and collaborating with leadership to achieve sales and profitability targets.

Qualifications

- Strong Food Service and Food & Beverage skills, including knowledge of food safety, quality standards, and efficient kitchen and dining operations.
- Excellent Customer Service abilities, with a focus on guest satisfaction, conflict resolution, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Experience in Training team members, coaching staff performance, and supporting ongoing skill development.
- Competence in Budgeting, cost control, and basic financial analysis to help manage expenses and meet revenue goals.
- Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality management, preferably in quick-service or casual dining.
- Robust leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by restaurant operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality, business, or a related field is an advantage.
