Role Description The Export Coordinator role at Kanpeki Care is a full time, on-site position based in Noida. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end export processes, including preparing and maintaining export documentation, coordinating with logistics partners, and ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations.

The Export

Coordinator will handle ocean export operations, track shipments, manage timelines, and resolve any issues related to delivery or documentation. The role includes communicating with customers and internal teams, providing responsive customer service, and updating stakeholders on shipment status.



Daily tasks also involve maintaining accurate records, working closely with sales and warehouse teams, and supporting continuous improvement in export procedures.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in export documentation and familiarity with export regulations and procedures.
- Experience in export operations and coordination with freight forwarders or shipping lines, dispacth centre coordination.
- Strong communication and customer service skills for interacting with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
- Knowledge of international trade terms (Incoterms) and basic customs requirements is beneficial.
- Previous experience in export coordination, logistics, or supply chain, preferably in FMCG or skincare, is an advantage.
- Comfort with using spreadsheets, ERP or logistics systems, and standard office software.
- Relevant diploma or degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field is preferred.
