Role Description The Electronics Engineers / Electronics Design Engineer / Wireharness Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The role involves designing, developing, and validating electronic circuits and subsystems for defense applications, including power distribution, signal integrity, and interface electronics. Daily responsibilities include creating and reviewing schematics, selecting components, and collaborating on PCB layouts and wire harness designs to meet performance, safety, and reliability requirements.

The engineer will work closely with mechanical, systems, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration of electronics and wiring in complex platforms, and will support testing, troubleshooting, and documentation throughout the product lifecycle.



The role also includes adherence to industry standards, participation in design reviews, and continuous improvement of design and documentation practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in Electronic Engineering and Electronics, with the ability to apply fundamental principles to complex systems.
- Candidates should possess solid Circuit Design and Analog design skills for developing and optimizing electronic circuits.
- Candidates should possess relevant Electrical Engineering knowledge to support power systems, interfaces, and compliance with electrical standards.
- Candidates should possess experience or familiarity with wire harness design, routing, and documentation for complex electro-mechanical assemblies.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in industry-standard CAD/EDA tools for schematic capture, PCB design, and harness layout.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, including experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with cross-functional engineering and production teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related discipline is preferred; experience in defense or aerospace domains is an added advantage.
