Role Description The Director - Client Services is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role is responsible for leading client service operations, owning key accounts, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality marketing solutions aligned with client objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing client onboarding, managing expectations, reviewing campaign performance, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery.

The Director will collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, creative, and operations to design and execute integrated campaigns, resolve issues,



and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction. This position also involves mentoring and developing the client services team, establishing best practices, and contributing to strategic planning and revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Strong Client Services and Customer Service skills, with experience managing key accounts and building long-term client relationships.
- Analytical Skills to interpret campaign data, generate insights, and recommend actions that improve performance and client outcomes.
- Focus on Customer Satisfaction, with a track record of handling escalations, aligning expectations, and delivering consistent service quality.
- Proven Team Management capabilities, including leading cross-functional teams, coaching, performance management, and resource planning.
- Extensive experience in marketing or advertising services, preferably in demand generation, digital marketing, or events.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple engagements, and make data-informed decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage.
