Role Description The Coordinator of Volunteer is a part time position responsible for organizing, supporting, and overseeing volunteer activities and programs. This hybrid role is based in Raghunathpur, with some flexibility to work from home for planning, coordination, and administrative tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding volunteers, scheduling and assigning roles, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring volunteers are informed and supported.

The coordinator will communicate regularly with volunteers and organizational staff, help design orientation and training materials, and monitor engagement to ensure a positive volunteer experience. The role also involves gathering feedback, preparing basic reports, and contributing ideas to improve volunteer management processes.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple volunteer activities and schedules.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage, motivate, and support diverse volunteers.
- Basic administrative and computer skills, including familiarity with email, spreadsheets, and online collaboration tools.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage responsibilities in a hybrid work environment.
- Experience in volunteer coordination, community engagement, or event support is an advantage.
- Demonstrated commitment to personal growth and alignment with organizational vision and values.
- Relevant education or training in social work, community development, management, or a related field is beneficial.
