Role: Associate– Corporate Advisory

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

- Lead origination and execution of mandates related to Debt Syndication, M&A;, Private Equity, and Debt Resolution.
- Drive Business Development and forge new client relationships.
- Prepare and present Information Memorandums (IMs) and pitch decks.
- Build and analyze complex financial models.
- Conduct Project Appraisals, due diligence, and support deal closures.
- Collaborate with Banks, Financial Institutions, Corporates, and PE/VC Funds.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- CA /Semi – Qualified CA/ MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Project Finance / Investment Banking / Corporate Advisory.
- Proven track record in deal origination, financial structuring, and resolution of stressed assets.
- Robust analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
