We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Corporate Events Manager to take ownership of end-to-end B2B corporate event operations, from planning and vendor coordination to on-ground execution and post-event reporting.

? What will you do?

- Plan and execute B2B corporate events, conferences, workshops, and networking events.
- Manage event logistics, venue setup, production, and on-site execution.
- Coordinate with clients, internal teams, vendors, and production partners.
- Manage vendor sourcing, negotiations, quotations, and service quality.
- Prepare event budgets, cost sheets, and financial documentation.
- Track event deliverables, timelines,



and operational requirements.
- Drive post-event reporting, feedback analysis, and process improvements.

? What are we looking for?

- 7+ years of experience in event operations, production, or corporate event management.
- Robust expertise in vendor management, negotiation, and budget control.
- Proven ability to manage multiple events and stakeholders independently.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform under pressure.
