About Digital Lok

Digital Lok is an AI-powered Animation Studio and Digital Marketing Agency based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. We work with brands, startups, and businesses to create AI videos, animations, social media content, advertisements, and digital marketing campaigns.

We are looking for a creative, confident, and enthusiastic Content Creator Intern who enjoys making reels, appearing in videos, exploring social media trends, and managing social media accounts. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, creative thinking, and an interest in digital content creation.

What You'll Do

Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media content.

Appear in videos and confidently communicate on camera when required.

Develop creative ideas, concepts, hooks, and scripts for reels.

Research trending topics, viral reels, audio, and social media trends.

Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts.

Plan content calendars and ensure consistent posting.

Write engaging captions, titles, descriptions, and hashtags.

Coordinate with video editors and the creative team for content production.

Assist with basic video shooting and content recording.

Participate in promotional videos, behind-the-scenes content, and brand campaigns.

Use AI tools to generate content ideas, scripts, and creative concepts.

Monitor social media engagement and identify opportunities to improve content performance.

Who We're Looking For

Students or freshers interested in content creation and social media.

Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.

Confidence in speaking on camera and presenting ideas.

Creative thinking and an understanding of social media trends.

Interest in making reels, short videos, and engaging digital content.

Basic understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.

Good coordination, time management, and teamwork skills.

A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and experiment.

Important: Candidates should be comfortable appearing on camera when required and communicating confidently. Basic knowledge of video editing or Canva is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Freshers are welcome to apply. A creative mindset, confidence, and consistency matter more than previous experience.

Stipend & Performance Bonus

Fixed Stipend: ₹3,000 per month.

Performance Bonus: Up to ₹2,000 per month, based on performance.

Performance will be evaluated based on content quality, creativity, consistency, communication, timely task completion, teamwork, and overall contribution.
