Role Description The CNC Router Operator role at CNC Craft is a full-time, on-site position based in Mandvi. The CNC Router Operator will set up, program, and operate CNC routing machinery to produce parts according to technical drawings, work orders, and specifications. Daily responsibilities include selecting and installing appropriate tooling, loading materials, monitoring machine performance, and adjusting settings to maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish.

The operator will inspect finished components, perform basic maintenance and cleaning of machines, and document production results and any issues encountered.



Collaboration with supervisors and other team members to prioritize jobs, meet deadlines, and follow all safety and quality standards is expected.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in machine operation, including setting up and safely running CNC routing machinery.
- Hands-on experience in machining and milling, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and work with various materials.
- Solid quality control skills, including measuring parts, checking tolerances, and maintaining consistent product standards.
- Familiarity with general machinery operation, routine maintenance, and safe handling of tools and equipment.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, work instructions, and measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience as a CNC router or CNC machine operator in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.
