Role Description:

This role is responsible for analyzing existing business processes, mapping workflows, and identifying opportunities for improvement. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, document processes, and support the implementation of process changes and automation initiatives. Day-to-day activities include conducting data-driven analysis, preparing reports and presentations, supporting process governance, and contributing to continuous improvement projects aligned with business objectives.

The role also involves working closely with stakeholders to ensure that process enhancements improve efficiency, quality, compliance, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and coordinate end-to-end ERP implementation, integration and ongoing optimisation.
- Map, analyse and redesign business processes across departments; develop SOPs, workflows and approval matrices.
- Translate business requirements into ERP functional specifications and coordinate with the implementation partner.
- Drive data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), user training and system adoption.
- Develop management dashboards and MIS reports covering sales, profitability, projects, inventory, procurement, receivables and operational performance.




- Analyse business data, identify performance gaps and recommend actionable improvements.
- Ensure data accuracy, process compliance and effective integration across departments.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Operations, Finance or a related discipline.
- 4–7 years of experience in business analysis, ERP implementation, process improvement or business transformation.
- Hands-on Odoo ERP experience is preferred; experience with other ERP platforms is also welcome.
- Solid proficiency in Excel, data analysis and reporting; Power BI and SQL knowledge will be an advantage.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, industrial products or project-based businesses is desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and take ownership of outcomes.
