About the Role

Nians is looking for a seasoned Senior Brand Strategist to lead brand strategy, positioning, and integrated communication initiatives for diverse clients. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking, consumer insights, creative excellence, and business acumen to build differentiated brands and drive measurable business growth.

Responsibilities

- Lead brand strategy, positioning, architecture, value proposition, and messaging frameworks.
- Develop comprehensive brand roadmaps aligned with client business objectives and market opportunities.
- Drive consumer research, competitive intelligence, audience segmentation, and market analysis.
- Translate business challenges into compelling brand narratives, creative briefs, and communication strategies.
- Lead integrated brand campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels.
- Partner with creative, digital, media, and business teams to ensure consistent brand execution.
- Build trusted client relationships, lead strategic presentations, and influence senior stakeholders.
- Mentor strategy teams,

- Measure brand performance, campaign effectiveness, and business impact to optimize strategies.

Qualifications

- 10–14 years of experience in brand strategy, advertising, marketing, or brand consulting.

Required Skills

- Proven expertise in brand positioning, brand architecture, integrated campaigns, and strategic planning.
- Strong understanding of consumer psychology, market research, and business strategy.
- Excellent storytelling, presentation, leadership, and client management skills.
