Role Description The Bank Officer CASA role is a full time on-site position based in Madhyamgram. The role involves sourcing and opening Current and Savings Accounts (CASA), explaining product features, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new customers.

The Bank

Officer CASA will manage account servicing requests, respond to customer queries, and provide guidance on basic banking products, including loans and related services.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, complying with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and contributing to branch targets through cross-selling and relationship management.



The role also requires close coordination with branch teams to deliver high-quality customer service and support branch operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Finance knowledge relevant to retail banking and CASA products.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with diverse customers.
- Candidates should possess Business Relationship Management skills to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Candidates should possess basic understanding of Loans and related banking products to enable cross-selling and customer guidance.
- Candidates should possess good numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and familiarity with banking systems and documentation.
- Candidates should possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Candidates should possess integrity, adherence to compliance and regulatory norms, and the ability to work in a fast-paced branch environment.
- Prior experience in retail banking or financial services, especially in CASA or branch operations, is preferred.
