- Azure Firewall, VPN Gateway, Load Balancer, Application Gateway & Front Door
- ExpressRoute & IPsec VPN troubleshooting
- TCP/IP, DNS, NAT, TLS, routing & packet capture
- Network Watcher, Azure Monitor & Wireshark
- Terraform/Bicep and PowerShell/Python




- Hybrid and cloud connectivity troubleshooting
- Exposure to Azure Communication Services (ACS) and cloud contact-center connectivity
