Role Description The Assistant Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Yeola.

The Assistant

Manager will support daily plant operations, coordinate production activities, and assist in meeting output, quality, and safety targets. This role includes supervising team members, monitoring work schedules, and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures.

The Assistant

Manager will help manage inventory, track material requirements, and liaise with procurement and maintenance teams to minimize downtime. The position also involves preparing basic reports, supporting continuous improvement initiatives,



and communicating operational issues and solutions to senior management.

Qualifications

- Strong operations and production management skills, including workflow coordination and basic resource planning.
- Ability to supervise teams, delegate tasks effectively, and maintain a positive and safe working workplace.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills to address daily operational challenges and improve processes.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office) and comfort working with production data and reports.
- Effective communication skills for interaction with shop-floor staff, cross-functional teams, and management.
- Relevant experience in manufacturing or industrial settings; exposure to electrical/electronic or vacuum equipment is an advantage.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Yeola, with readiness for hands-on involvement in daily plant activities.
