Role Description The Article Trainee will support the firm’s professional team in delivering taxation, accounting, audit, GST, and compliance services to clients. Day-to-day responsibilities may include preparing and reviewing financial statements, assisting in statutory and tax audits, maintaining books of accounts, drafting working papers, and supporting income tax and GST return preparation and filing. The role also involves researching applicable regulations, assisting in ROC and other compliance-related documentation, and contributing to business advisory assignments under supervision.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in South East Delhi, offering practical exposure and training within a structured skilled environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should be registered as CA Articleship trainees (IPCC/Intermediate cleared as per ICAI requirements).
- Strong foundation in accounting principles, bookkeeping, and preparation of financial statements.
- Basic knowledge of direct and indirect taxation, including Income Tax and GST laws and procedures.
- Ability to work with MS Excel, Word, and accounting software; familiarity with tax and GST filing utilities is an advantage.
- Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret financial and legal information.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and a professional, client-focused attitude.
- Capacity to learn quickly, follow guidance, manage time well, and work collaboratively in a team.
