Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate architectural projects from conceptual design through execution and site handover.
- Prepare comprehensive design packages, working drawings, master plans, and detailed project reports.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams, MEP consultants, clients, and municipal bodies.
- Support PMC Team for design specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
Desirable Candidate
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).
Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience handling [e.g., high-rise buildings, master planning, or large-scale developments].
Technical Proficiency: Robust command of CAD, SketchUp, and rendering/presentation tools.
