Key Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, and develop Financial Consultants.

Support the team through training, mentoring, and regular performance reviews.
Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical sales practices.
Candidate Profile
Experience in life insurance, financial services, sales,
or business development preferred.
MDRT-qualified advisors and experienced insurance professionals are encouraged to apply.
