Role Description The Account Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Tijara. This role involves managing client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, and ensuring client requirements are clearly understood and communicated to internal project teams.

The Account

Manager will oversee project progress from inception to completion, monitor timelines and budgets, and coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to address issues and deliver agreed outcomes. Daily responsibilities include preparing proposals, handling contract documentation, tracking invoices and payments, and maintaining accurate account records and reports.



The role also includes identifying opportunities to expand services within existing accounts, supporting business development activities, and contributing to ongoing improvements in service quality and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated client relationship management skills, including the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and handle escalations professionally.
- Robust project coordination abilities, with experience tracking deliverables, timelines, and budgets for multiple simultaneous accounts.
- Solid communication and presentation skills, including clear written documentation and confident participation in client and internal meetings.
- Comfort with using office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM or project management systems) to manage account information and reporting.
- Understanding of MEP or construction/engineering services, or a strong interest in learning technical aspects of the industry.
- Proven organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in account management or customer service.
- Willingness to work on-site in Tijara and occasionally visit client locations or project sites as needed.
