We are hiring a Sales Supervisor to lead the sales team, guide sales executives and drive showroom and online sales.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and monitor the daily performance of the sales executives
- Plan monthly sales targets and track achievement against them
- Handle important customer enquiries, negotiations and closures
- Train new sales staff on products, pricing and customer handling
- Maintain sales reports and coordinate with the owner on stock, delivery and after-sales issues
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in furniture, interiors or retail
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Positive communication skills in Telugu and English
- Basic computer skills for reports and sales tracking
- Willingness to work full-time from our Rajahmundry showroom
Pay: Rs. 20,000 to 30,000 per month, full-time, on-site in Rajahmundry.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
