We build a school management platform and smart-board teaching content used by schools across India. We're hiring a Delivery Manager to run large multi-school rollouts from start to finish. You'll coordinate between our product team and our implementation partners, and make sure schools go live on schedule and lessons arrive on time.

This role is based in Jaipur, with regular travel to client sites.

What you'll do

- Own the rollout schedule: which schools onboard in which batch, and what has to be ready before each one.

- Run the lesson production calendar: track lessons from authoring through review to publishing, and report weekly against target.

- Collect issues from schools and partners, sort them, and get them to the right person with enough detail to act on.

- Prepare progress reports for partners and clients.

- Visit schools now and then to see how teachers actually use the system.

You should have

- 3-6 years running delivery for school, ed-tech or other multi-site programmes, with a track record of hitting dates across several parties.

- Fluent Hindi and English, spoken and written.

- Comfort with spreadsheets and trackers. You don't need to write code.

- Experience with institutional or public-sector clients is a plus.

When you apply, include a few lines on a rollout you ran.
