Experience: 3–6 years (relevant industry experience preferred)Job Purpose

To drive sales growth, develop new business opportunities, manage customer relationships, and promote the company's copper products, PICC, CTC, and other manufacturing products. The role involves market development, customer acquisition, sales coordination, competitor analysis, and achievement of sales targets in industrial and electrical sectors.

Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Sales

- Identify and develop new customers, business opportunities, and target markets for copper, PICC, CTC, and other manufacturing products.
- Generate leads and establish business relationships with OEMs, electrical equipment manufacturers, transformer manufacturers, cable manufacturers, panel builders, and industrial customers, as applicable.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices and commercial terms, and follow up on orders.
- Develop current markets and expand business with existing customers.

2. Product Marketing
- Promote the company's product portfolio, including copper products, PICC (Paper Insulated Copper Conductors), CTC (Continuously Transposed Conductors), and other manufactured products.
- Understand product specifications, applications, quality standards, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with technical and production teams to provide suitable product solutions.
- Prepare product presentations, brochures, technical information, and marketing materials.
- Identify new product opportunities based on market demand and customer feedback.

3. Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct regular customer visits, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements, resolve commercial queries,



and coordinate the timely resolution of technical issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term account development.

4. Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis
- Monitor market trends, copper price movements, competitor pricing, and industry developments.
- Collect information on customer demand, market opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Prepare market intelligence reports and recommend strategies to improve market share.
- Identify potential customers, new applications, and emerging business segments.

5. Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with production, planning, quality, dispatch, finance, and logistics teams for order execution.
- Track order status, delivery schedules, customer commitments, and payment follow-ups.
- Support the preparation of sales forecasts, sales reports, and business development plans.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of customer databases, quotations, enquiries, and sales records.

6. Reporting & Performance Management
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.
- Maintain a pipeline of enquiries, quotations, orders, and prospective customers.
- Track conversion rates, sales performance, customer development, and target achievement.
- Provide regular updates to management on market opportunities and business progress.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in industrial marketing, B2B sales, or manufacturing product marketing.
- Experience in copper, electrical conductors, transformer materials, or related industrial products will be preferred.
- Good understanding of B2B sales, customer development, pricing, and commercial negotiations.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, CRM/ERP systems, and sales reporting.
- Ability to travel for customer visits and business development activities.
