Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers and generate current business opportunities.
- Promote products and services to prospective customers.
- Conduct regular field visits to develop the local market.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Generate leads through market mapping, references, and networking.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain sales performance reports.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Any Graduate.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in field sales.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
- Good understanding of the local market.
- Willingness to travel for field sales activities.
