- Handle customer queries across WhatsApp, email, phone, website and marketplace channels, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Manage both inbound and outbound customer calls with a strong focus on service, query resolution and overall customer experience.
- Follow defined customer support SOPs, policies and escalation processes consistently across both brands.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, delivery, troubleshooting, returns, replacements and warranty-related queries.
- Follow up with customers who have made product enquiries or abandoned their carts, helping answer questions and support purchase decisions without aggressive sales calling.
- Proactively follow up on open customer cases and ensure queries are taken through to resolution rather than simply responding and closing conversations.
- Coordinate internally with e-commerce, warehouse, logistics and other relevant teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.




- Maintain accurate records of customer conversations, complaints, follow-ups, escalations and resolutions.
- Identify recurring customer issues and share feedback with the team to help improve SOPs, product information and the overall customer journey.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, with proficiency in Telugu or another Indian language preferred, along with 2–3 years of customer support/customer experience in an e-commerce or D2C setting.
