Role Description This is a full-time, in office Videographer and Editor role based in Bengaluru. The role involves planning and shooting high-quality video content that showcases ongoing and completed construction projects, client testimonials, and company brand stories. The Videographer and Editor will handle end-to-end production, including pre-production planning, on-site filming at project locations, and post-production editing to create engaging videos for digital platforms. Daily tasks include collaborating with marketing and project teams to understand key messages, setting up and maintaining equipment, organizing footage, and delivering final videos within agreed timelines.



The role also includes optimizing video content for social media, maintaining a consistent visual style, and contributing creative ideas to strengthen Usha Builders’ online presence.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in videography, including camera operation, framing, lighting, and sound recording.
- Candidates should possess video editing skills using industry-standard software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
- Candidates should possess skills in motion graphics or basic animation to enhance video content (for example, using Adobe After Effects or similar tools).
- Candidates should possess skills in storyboarding, visual storytelling, and content planning for marketing and social media campaigns.
- Candidates should possess skills in file management, media organization, and maintaining a structured archive of video assets.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with marketing, design, and project teams.
- Relevant experience in shooting on construction sites or similar field environments is beneficial, with awareness of safety practices.
- A diploma or degree in film making, media, visual communication, or a related discipline is preferred, along with a portfolio demonstrating prior work.
