Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and source relevant candidate profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Resume Screening: Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements, skills, qualifications, and experience.
- Initial Screening: Conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess candidates' suitability, interest in the role, communication skills, and availability.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers and candidates, and ensure a smooth interview process.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Support and manage the recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements to candidate selection and offer rollout.
- Candidate Engagement:



Maintain regular communication with candidates, provide interview updates, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Follow-ups and Offer Management: Follow up with selected candidates regarding offers, documentation, and joining dates.
