Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Clinic Nurse role based in Thane. The Clinic Nurse will provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, basic assessments, medication administration as per instructions, and support during clinical procedures. Responsibilities include preparing examination rooms, maintaining infection control and safety standards, and managing patient records and documentation accurately. The role involves coordinating with physicians and other staff, educating patients and families on care plans and follow-up, and assisting in scheduling, triage, and general clinic workflow to ensure timely, efficient care.



The Clinic Nurse is expected to participate in quality improvement activities and adhere to all clinical protocols and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
