Role Description The Doctor (Cosmetologist) is responsible for conducting detailed consultations, assessing patient concerns, and recommending appropriate aesthetic and cosmetology treatments. Day-to-day tasks include performing clinical procedures (such as laser treatments, injectables, peels, and other dermatological or cosmetic interventions), monitoring treatment outcomes, and ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout each visit. The role involves maintaining accurate medical records, explaining treatment plans and post-procedure care, and collaborating with support staff to deliver coordinated care. The doctor is also expected to stay current with industry trends,



guidelines, and technologies, contributing to protocol refinement and quality improvement. This is a full-time, on-site role based at the clinic in Thane.

Qualifications

- Relevant medical degree (MBBS, BDS, BHMS) with specialized training or certification in cosmetology, dermatology, or aesthetic medicine.
- Demonstrated experience performing aesthetic procedures such as laser treatments, chemical peels, injectables (e.g., Botox, fillers), and other skin and hair-related treatments.
- Robust diagnostic and clinical assessment skills with the ability to develop personalized treatment plans aligned with patient needs and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and counseling skills to explain procedures, risks, benefits, and aftercare in a clear, empathetic manner.
- Ability to maintain detailed medical documentation, follow clinical protocols, and comply with regulatory and ethical guidelines.
