SALES OFFICER – FMCG / ICE CREAM

Location: North 24 Parganas, West Bengal

Experience: 3–5 Years

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Officer to drive sales, distribution, and market growth across North & South 24 Parganas.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage distributors, dealers, retailers, and key outlets.
- Drive primary & secondary sales.
- Develop new outlets and expand market coverage.
- Monitor stock, product movement, and distributor performance.
- Implement company schemes and promotional activities.
- Track competitor activities and market trends.
- Follow up on collections and outstanding payments.
- Submit regular sales and market reports.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of relevant sales experience.
- Ice Cream / FMCG background is mandatory.




- Strong experience in distributor and retail channel management.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented with robust field-sales capability.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
