Key responsibilities for Telecaller
--Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
--Receive and respond to incoming customer calls.
--Understand pest issues such as cockroaches, termites, rodents, mosquitoes, etc.
--Explain available pest-control services and pricing.
--Schedule appointments for field executives.
--Follow up with leads and customers.
--Maintain customer and call records.
--Coordinate with field executives regarding appointments.
--Handle customer questions and complaints professionally.
--Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and booking targets.
Skills required
--Valuable communication skills in English and local languages.
--Basic computer knowledge.
--Polite and confident telephone manner.
--Ability to convince and follow up with customers.
--Basic knowledge of sales and customer service
