We are looking for a responsible and proactive candidate to manage social media activities and day-to-day e-commerce operations for a footwear brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage social media accounts and assist with content planning.
- Handle website operations and product listings on Shopify.
- Maintain Excel sheets, sales records, and data entry.
- Handle customer calls, queries, and order-related issues.
- Coordinate daily tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of social media management and Shopify.
- Good Excel and computer skills.
- Good communication skills and a responsible attitude.
- Willingness to work full time, on-site.
