Job Description – Telecaller

Sri Lakshmi PU College, Magadi Road, Sunkadakatte, Bengaluru, is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers to support our student admissions process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Call prospective students and parents to provide information about the college and its courses.
- Follow up on admission enquiries received through advertisements, campaigns, and other sources.
- Explain course details, college facilities, fee structure, and admission procedures.
- Counsel students and parents regarding available courses and admission opportunities.
- Schedule campus visits and counselling sessions for interested students and parents.
- Maintain records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and admission status.




- Follow up with interested candidates and support the admissions team in achieving enrolment targets.
- Communicate professionally and build positive relationships with students and parents.

Requirements:

- Valuable communication skills in Kannada and English. Knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
- Confident telephone communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain enquiry records.
- Positive attitude, patience, and a student-friendly approach.
- Freshers are welcome; prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or educational admissions is preferred.
