Sales & Customer Experience
- Oversee daily sales operations across both stores
- Ensure excellent customer service and product guidance
- Handle key walk-ins and important client interactions
- Monitor and meet monthly sales targets
- Support marketing campaigns and in-store promotions
Team & Training
- Lead and motivate the sales and support team
- Ensure staff are trained on product knowledge, store SOPs, and customer handling
- Set transparent goals and review individual performance regularly
Inventory & Operations
- Maintain healthy stock levels and ensure timely reorders
- Manage stock movement between store and godown
- Coordinate inwarding, tagging, display, and dispatch processes
- Oversee store cleanliness, merchandising, and layout
